发明名称 WATER COOLED HIGH PRESSURE SEMICONDUCTOR RECTIFIER
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve integrity against electrolytic corrosion and to make inexpensive cooling water circulation system by making with stainless steel whole or a part of a connector that connects a cooling water passage pipe made of insulating material to a water cooling apparatus. CONSTITUTION:Each element is cooled by cooling water supplied through pipes 4-1, 4-2, 4-3, 4-4 and a connector 3 to fins made of copper 2-1, 2-2, 2-3 provided with rectifiers 1-1, 1-2 in between in a water-cooled high pressure semiconductor rectifiers. The copper connector acts as an electrode to make a leak current in the cooling water causing corrosion of the connector. The amount of electrolytic corrosion is greatly reduced by changing the material of the connector 3 made uniform with cooling fins from copper to stainless steel.
