PURPOSE:To obtain a cracker for generating the violent gas expansion sound similar to explosion sound by breaking a paper membrane in a moment by using a pneumatic pressure. CONSTITUTION:A cylinder 1 having a length for being housed in nearly one hand has collar parts 1b and 1c at the front and rear edges, and fitting grooves 1d are formed at the prescribed intervals in the circumferential direction, and a voice cylinder 2 for the press-attachment in demountable manner to the top edge part of the cylinder 1 through an elastic seat part 3 is installed. Further, a seal 5 is installed at a head part, and the rear edge part close to the outside of the cylinder 1 of a piston shaft 4 which moves in reciprocation in airtight form in the cylinder 1 is formed at a bulging-out part 4. A paper membrane 7 which is nipped and supported by the elastic seat part 3 and the top edge opened port edge 1 of the cylinder 1 is made of the material which is broken in a moment by the compressed air pressure generated in the cylinder 1a by the sharp propulsion of the piston shaft 4. The cylinder 1 is gripped by one hand, and the bulging-out part 4a of the piston shaft 4 is strongly propelled by the other hand, and then the paper membrane 7 is broken in a moment by the high pressure air, and the violent gas expansion sound is generated from the voice cylinder 2. |
