<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the spring pressure decrease of a slider at a high temperature, improve and stabilize sliding contact characteristics, avoid the dropping of a slider, decrease the number of components, and simplify machining, by insert-molding a slider parts formed at a part of a platelike metal material into a rotary plate. CONSTITUTION:A slider part 1a is formed by applying press punching and bend machining to a part of a plate type metal material 1. The slider part 1a is pinched by a metal mold, and insert molded into a disk type rotary plate 4 composed of resin on the upper surface of which plate 4 a driver trench is formed. The slider part 1a subjunctive to insert molding is cut off from the above plate type metal material 1. For example, the slider 1a is formed by applying press punching and bend machining to a metal plate 1 like Ag-Pd- Cu-Pt-Au alloy with press molds 2a, 2a. The slider 1a is arranged in a metal mold, and insert-molded into a rotary plate 4. By cutting off the rotary plate 4 from the metal plate 1, the rotary plate 4 on which the slider 1a slider 1a is fixed is turned into an independent component. It is inserted into a sheath case 7 and assembled as a component of a variable resistor.</p> |
