PURPOSE: To simply install a clutch by concentrically holding a clutch spring unit and a clutch plate by an assembling tool, inserting the same in a center hole of a fly wheel, and pulling out the assembling tool after the clutch spring unit is fixed by a screw. CONSTITUTION: An assembling tool 4 is inserted in the direction of an arrow II in a notch 8 of a clutch plate 3, with a partition 17 pressed to the tip 23 of a disc spring 24, a handle 20 is turned to relatively turn teeth 15 to the teeth 10 of a sleeve 6, thereby axially and radially connecting an assembling tool 4, a clutch spring unit 2 and the clutch plate 3. Secondly, an additional part 13 is inserted in a hole 39, a construction unit 1 is centered with respect to the axis of rotation, a centering hole 42 of a clutch spring unit cover 26 is positioned on a positioning pin provided on a fly wheel 5, and the clutch spring unit 2 is fixed to the fly wheel 5 by a screw. The handle 20 is turned to locate the teeth 10 of the sleeve 6 rotatable in a limited range to the shaft 12 and the teeth 15 immovable to the shaft in the removable position from the locking position, and the assembling tool 4 is removed. |
