PURPOSE:To obtain a small-sized calibration apparatus with a simple construction, having no complicatedness of gas control by carrying out the multiple points calibration by varying the pressure calibration gas with single concentration. CONSTITUTION:When solenoid valves 2, 16 are closed by a switching signal from a switching part 10 and a solenoid valve 11 is opened, the calibration gas made as a prescribed calibration pressure by a reducing valve 13 from a calibration gas bomb 21 is supplied to a gas accumulation receptacle 3 and said gas made as the concentration proportional to the partial pressure of calibration pressure is permeated a diaphragm type gas detector 24 to carry out the calibration of a measuring circuit 5. Continuously, the valve 2 is closed as it is and each valve 16, 11 is closed and opened through the part 10 and then, the concentration calibration is carried out under the same environment in the same way by the different pressure calibration gas passing through a reducing valve 15. A small- sized gas concentration calibration apparatus with a simple construction having no complicatedness of gas control is obtained by a system carrying out the multiple points calibration by varying the pressure of this single gas because it is unnecessary to use the plural calibration gases. |
