PURPOSE: To make a lateral rigidity ratio to a longitudinal direction extremely high by connecting two abutting slabs respectively to armature parts, and sliding one of slidable faces parallel with an axial plane, along the other slidable face to cooperate with each other. CONSTITUTION: This elastic pivotal frame device 22 is provided with abutting slabs 51, 53, 151, 153 installed between a part 58 of an outer armature 32 substantially parallel with the axis X-X of the pivotal mounting device 20, and an opposed part 56 of an inner armature 34. These abutting slabs act to receive compressive force. This constitution increases the elastic rigidity of the pivotal mounting device 22 in the relative displacement direction T of both armatures 32, 34 substantially right-angled to an axial plane P of the pivotal mounting device, or in the mutually approaching direction of both armature parts 56, 58 at least in this direction T. Two abutting slabs 51, 53 each of which is connected to one of the armature parts 58, 56, have flat slidable faces 55, 57 parallel with the axial plane P, and one of the slidable faces 55, 57 slides along the other slidable face to cooperate with each other. |
