These abutting slabs act to receive compressive force. This constitution increases the elastic rigidity of the pivotal mounting device 22 in the relative displacement direction T of both armatures 32, 34 substantially right-angled to an axial plane P of the pivotal mounting device, or in the mutually approaching direction of both armature parts 56, 58 at least in this direction T. Two abutting slabs 51, 53 each of which is connected to one of the armature parts 58, 56, have flat slidable faces 55, 57 parallel with the axial plane P, and one of the slidable faces 55, 57 slides along the other slidable face to cooperate with each other.
