The method of controlling computer displays involves controlling image points or pixels so that a document is shown in the central screen region as a predefined standard size. The document is shown on an increasingly reduced scale towards the edges of the screen to give the impression of a spatial object. The document shown on the screen gives the impression of a cylinder or sphere flattened towards the front. USE/ADVANTAGE - E.g. for use in CAD applications. Display control method enables maximum section of document to be presented on screen.
