The equipment forms a faced freestanding wall enclosing and/or supporting sloping ground and comprises bricks in the form of hollow prismatic bodies with positions moulded on them for joining onto others at the sides, above and below, together with flat facing bricks with means for securing to the prismatic ones.Each prismatic brick has two straight outside walls (7) at right angles to each other, and an inside wall (8) clear of them and curving through a quarter of a circle and on which straight sections tangential to it are formed at the ends, joined to the outside walls by ribs (10) at right angles to the latter. These bricks are assembled alternately with their ribs and sidewalls butting together and in line one above the other
