摘要 PURPOSE:To restrain shock by carrying out such control that follow-up control is interrupted so as to feed a predetermined hydraulic pressure to frictional elements when power is turned on during up-shift for power-off, and the follow-up control is carried out when the variation rate of the rotational speed of the input shaft becomes negative. CONSTITUTION:An electronic control device 65 changes over solenoid valves 45, 47 during up-shift for a power-off from a first speed stage to a second speed stage, and determines an initial duty rate of a solenoid valve 67 from a throttle valve opening degree and a vehicle speed delivered from sensors 103, 104 so as to control a kick-down servo 31. When power is turned on during this up- shift, the feed-back control is interrupted so as to feed a predetermined hydraulic pressure to the servo 31, and the duty rate is lowered with the time lapse until the variation rate of the rotational speed of an input shaft becomes negative. When it is negative, the feedback control is restarted, and the corresponding hydraulic pressure is fed to the servo 31 so as to perform the control of the engagement control of a kick-down brake 30. Thus, it is possible to reduce shock upon up-shift.
