PURPOSE:To prepare the title compsn. which does not stain a mold in molding, has an excellent releasability, and causes little blocking during storage by compounding a polyvinyl chloride with a polyurethane obtd. by the reaction of a specific polysiloxane having a diol group at its one molecular terminal, a polyol, and an isocyanate. CONSTITUTION:A polysiloxane of formula I wherein Me is methyl; 1<=n<=100; 1<=X<=3; 0<=Y<=2; X+Y=3; and R is an alkylene group which may be linked by one or more alkyleneoxy groups, having a diol group at its one molecular terminal, a polyol, and an isocyanate compd. (e.g. diphenylmethane diisocyanate) are reacted to give a polyurethane having a group of formula II in its molecule. The polyurethane is compounded with a polyvinyl chloride to give a nonsticky composite resin compsn. |
