<p>PURPOSE:To obtain an electronic hemadynamometer which displays the correct blood pressure value by suppressing the measurement-disabled state to the extent by selectively displaying the measured blood pressure value by the method through the Korotkoff sound and the method through the vibration pulse wave, in correspondence with the relation between the generation and vanishment times of the Korotkoff sound and the detection time for the prescribed blood pressure value through the vibration pulse wave. CONSTITUTION:Pressurization for a cuff is started after the power-ON operation, and after the pressurization to a prescribed value (higher value than the max. blood pressure), decompression is started. In decompression, the Korotkoff sound supplied from a Korotkoff sound measuring part 10, cuff pressure supplied from a cuff pressure.pulse wave measuring part 20, and the pulse wave height value are memorized in a RAM 33 at each measurement time. After the completion of the data collection, if this condition is satisfied, data collection is suspended. Then, the max. blood pressure value and min. blood pressure value due to the Korotkoff sound are calculated, and the max. blood pressure value, average blood pressure value, and the min. blood pressure value due to the pulse wave are calculated. The Korotkoff sound is detected from the both calculated values before the average blood pressure value, and when the Korotkoff sound vanishes within a certain pressure after the min. blood pressure due to the pulse wave is recognized, the max. blood pressure and the min. blood pressure are displayed with the values according to the Korotkoff sound.</p> |
