<p>PURPOSE: To attain a pre-assembly method for an internal member without using a sheet metal internal plate by providing a means of pre-assembling a door internal member on an inner panel in the door inward direction, and a means of fixing the internal member to the inner panel of a door. CONSTITUTION: Internal members 8, 11-15 insert an inside opening control member 13 into an opening 16, attach a rod 15 to an elastic grip 17, and a window lift member 8 is fixed to an inner panel 7 by scrums, by this are pre-assembled on the panel 7, a rear slide member 11 is pre-assembled on the panel 7 by screws, and a lock member 12 is fixed to the slide member 11 through an auxiliary tab. The integrated mechanism fixes the panel 7 to an inner panel 2 by an elastic body fastener, an adhesive, and the screws, and mounted on a door 1, and the internal members 8, 11, 13 are fixed to the panel 2 by the screws which pass through respective holes at the panel 7, the window lift member 8, and the inner panel 12. The slide member 11 is then fixed on one edge of the panel 2 by the screws, and the slide member 11 is screwed to the rear edge of the door 1 to fix the lock member 12 to the panel.</p> |
