<p>PURPOSE:To confirm a changeover of tape traveling direction by providing an alarm sound generating means for generating an alarm sound attending upon a tape traveling direction changeover operation. CONSTITUTION:A play switch 1 for setting a reproducing mode and a tape traveling direction changeover switch 2 for changing tape traveling directions are connected respectively to a arithmetic control circuit 3, and the circuit 3 is connected with a mechanism control circuit 4 and moreover with head phones 7 via an alarm circuit 5 and a power amplifier 6. Then, when the play switch 1 is closed, and a reproducing mode commanding signal is inputted to the circuit 3, and hence the mechanism control circuit 4 is operated by a control signal from the circuit 3, and then a reverse reproducing mode is set, an alarm sound generating command signal is sent to the alarm circuit 5 to generate the alarm sound in the circuit 5, so that the alarm sound amplified by the power amplifier 6 can be heard by the head phones 7. By this method, the changeover of the tape traveling directions can securely by confirmed.</p> |
