PURPOSE:To perform transhorizon communication and to reduce power consumption by performing communication among each terminal by radio communication. CONSTITUTION:A terminal transmitter/receiver 211 receives a base band signal, and switches a mode to a transmission mode replying to the fall of the signal from a high-level fixing state to a low level, and emits a wave 251 in which a first carrier frequency f1 is frequency-modulated with a constant deviation frequency + or - f to the space corresponding to the level of the baseband signal. A relay transmitter/receiver 23 receives the wave 251, and emits waves 271-27n having second carrier frequency f2 frequency-deviated similarly as the wave 251 to the space. The waves 272-27n transmitted from the relay transmitter/ receiver 23 are received with and demodulated by terminal transmitter/receivers 212-21n set at reception modes, then, the baseband signal can be obtained. |
