PURPOSE:To automatically switch printed circuit board supports without manual aid depending upon the kind of circuit boards by setting the support pin data of each kind of printed circuit board in a storage device in advance and discriminating the kind of circuit boards, and then, automatically switching the support pins on the basis of the data. CONSTITUTION:An actuator switching controller 13 fetches the support pin data corresponding to a printed circuit board 8 to be produced next from a storage device 12 and pushes a support Pin 10 (Step S3) by driving a support pin actuator 11 on the basis of the fetched data. Then the printed circuit board 8 is carried to a prescribed position along carrying rails 4 (Step S4). When the kind of the circuit board 8 is different from that of the preceding circuit board, the controller 13 switches the support pin 10 corresponding to the preceding board to the one 10 corresponding to the next board 8 (Steps S9 and S10). Since such a series of operations is carried out automatically, the support pin 10 can be set automatically in accordance with the kind of printed circuit boards. |
