PURPOSE:To contrive the simplification and the highness of efficiency in jam processing work by connecting an open-close mechanism of a case and a paper feed mechanism in a paper feed part through an interruptable interlocking mechanism. CONSTITUTION:Being based on signals from actuators 10, 8, in the case of detecting a paper jam in the vicinity of a transcription part 6 and in the vicinity of a paper feed cassette 2, a clamshell 9, which serves as a location to be operat ed, is displayed, and a clutch 16 is turned on. As a result, by opening the clam shell 9, the paper feed cassette 2 is drawn out with the clamshell 9. Next by the signal from the actuator 10, in the case of detecting a paper jam in the vicinity of the transcription part 6, the clamshell 9, serving as a location to be operated, is displayed, and the clutch 16 is placed in an offcondition. As a result, only the clamshell 9 is opened. |
