PURPOSE:To obtain a feed for milk cow improved in digestion and absorbing efficiency and enhanced in nutritive value by charging raw soybean into a device in which raw materials are compressed and extruded by rotation of a cylindrical screw and then treating the raw soybean in a short time at high pressure and temperature. CONSTITUTION:The objective device for soybean feed is constituted of a cylindrical casing 11 having an extrusion nozzle 20 at the top, cylindrical screw 12 rotating in the casing 11 and equipped with a helical wing 14 around and hopper 18 provided in the upper part of casing 11. Using the above-mentioned device, a ground or smashed raw soybean is blended with fine powder of calcium salt or hydrate of the fine powder and saponifying agent and the resultant raw material 22 is charged into a hopper 18 and extruded from an extrusion nozzle 20 of top of casing 11 at high pressure and temperature. |
