PURPOSE:To correct the lowering of the light quantity of an LED at the initial time of energizing and also to obtain a destaticizer where emitted light quantity is made uniform and fixed by making a resistance for limiting a current in the LED of a thin or thick film resistance provided with a negative temperature resistance coefficient. CONSTITUTION:The resistance Rn for limiting the current in the LE is formed of the thin or the thick film resistance provided with the negative temperature resistance coefficient, and the part of the resistance film is cut by using a laser beam and the resistance value is adjusted based on the change in a form. By using the resistance Rn provided with the negative temperature resistance coefficient, the temperature rises by self-heating and the resistance value lowers at the initial time of energizing. Then, by increasing the current so that the lowering of the emitted light quantity in the LED at the initial time of energizing may be corrected, the emitted light quantity can be fixed. Thus, the destaticizer where the emitted light quantity is made uniform and also maintained constant can be obtained. |
