PURPOSE: To manufacture crab flavor food provided with excellent structure and appearance in a short time with less labor by forming ground fish meat filaments beforehand, mixing them with a binder and extruding and molding them. CONSTITUTION: To a ground fish meat sheet obtained by forming paste-like consistent ground fish meat into a thin sheet and solidifying it, a cut at least partially passed through the sheet is made. Then, after a rope-like body is formed from the ground fish meat sheet and cut into a desired length, the ground fish meat sheet is separated along the cut and the plural ground fish meat filaments are formed. Thereafter, the obtained ground fish meat filaments are mixed with the binder, extruded and molded in a prescribed shape and then, heated and solidified. |
