PURPOSE: To give a practically optimized transmission band width by providing a second impedance matching layer, having a dielectric constant higher than the of a first impedance matching layer and a base member having a dielectric constant higher than the of the second impedance matching layer. CONSTITUTION: A supporting part or a base member 2 provided with impedance matching layers 4 and 6, which are brought into contact with an adjacent peripheral dielectric like air or a free space is shown. The dielectric constant of the supporting part or the base member 2 isε3 and is higher than that of the impedance matching layer 4. The dielectric constant of the impedance matching layer 4 isε2 and is higher than that of the impedance matching layer 6. The dielectric constant of the impedance matching layer 6 isε1 is higher than that of an adjacent peripheral dielectric. The dielectric constant of the adjacent peripheral dielectric isε0 and is typically equal to that of air or a free space.
