<p>PURPOSE:To improve bonding strength between a resistance layer and an insulating support by providing a chromate layer which contains a specific quantity of chromium and a silane coupling agent layer which is formed with a specific method on the resistance layer formed on the surface of a conductive material layer. CONSTITUTION:A resistance layer, a chromate layer which contains 5-120mug/dm<2> of metallic chromium, and a silane coupling agent layer which is obtained by coating its layer with 0.001-5wt.% of a silane coupling agent solution and by drying its layer are provided one after another on the surface of a conductive material layer. The silane coupling agent layer interposed between the chromate layer and an insulating support acts as a bonding agent to allow the above layer and support to combine chemically with each other and then, their bonding strength is improved.</p> |
