An apparatus for passing a conduit from a stationary member (33) through a rotatable member (30, 32) to a second stationary member (34) without interrupting the continuity of said conduit comprises first and second non-rotatable coil means of a continuous conduit, which are connected linearly through the rotatable member with said coil means and said rotatable member having substantially the same axis, and conduit diverting means coupled to said rotatable member and rotatable therewith for diverting a portion of said first coil means through said rotatable member to said second coil means, and for positioning said portion of said non-rotatable coil means on said second coil means as said rotatable member rotates.
