PURPOSE:To prevent an output terminal part from being stripped off by a method wherein, after an upper-part electrode layer is formed and before a protective film is formed, a metal paste is printed on a part of an output terminal used to extract a photoelectric current, it is baked and, after that, the protective film is printed and baked. CONSTITUTION:A film of a transparent and conductive tin oxide is formed as a lower-part electrode 2 on a glass substrate 1; a pattern is formed. An amorphous silicon layer is formed on it in such a way that a p-type layer 3, an i-type layer 4 and an n-type layer 5 are in respectively prescribed thicknesses; a pattern is formed. In addition, a film of aluminum is formed as an upper-part electrode 6 on it. Then, a copper paste 8 is screen-printed on an output terminal part of the electrode; it is baked. After such processes mentioned above, a protective film 7 is printed and baked and a finishing process is executed. |
