<p>PURPOSE: To adapt a magnetoresistive sensor to the monitoring and sensing of the speed of a rotary shaft by providing an annular coil for generating a voltage signal by the motion of a rotor gear part that crosses magnetic flux line being extended from a stator gear part. CONSTITUTION: An assembly part consists of a rotary shaft 10 that is provided in a pair of outer bearing assemblies 12 and 14 being located in a cylindrical bearing housing so that it can rotate freely. Further, a magnetic sensor consisting of a stator/bobbin assembly 20, an annular magnet 22, a target wheel, namely a rotor 24 is provided in a bearing housing 16. Then, at the time of actuation, the annular rotor 24 rotates due to the operation of the shaft 10 so that 52 rotor gear parts 40 match or do not match 52 stator gear parts 32 alternately. As a result, the voltage fluctuation of 52 rotor gear parts 40 is added and sent to a sensor via a lead. The monitoring and analysis of the voltage fluctuations are changed to the values of rotary speed of the shaft.</p> |
