PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for intricate operations for incubation and laborious management by assembling an electric heater for maintaining the inside of a recovering hopper at a constant temp. and using the heater commonly as a thermostatic chamber. CONSTITUTION:The outer periphery of the recovering hopper (d) exclusive of an accepting port of the under surface thereof is enclosed with a partition wall 44 formed to have a heat insulation property and the electric heater (h) is extended on the inside surface. A temp. sensor S consisting of a thermistor which operates by sensing the temp. in the recovering hopper (d) is connected to the circuit of the electric heater (h), by which the common use of the recovering hopper (d) as the thermostatic chamber is enabled. An independent titration plate 1 housed in the recovering hopper (d) or the titration plate 1 held in a holding tray B is maintained at the prescribed temp. by the operation of the controlled electric heater (h) and, therefore, the plate can be subjected to incubation at the prescribed temp. in the recovering hopper (d). The need for the intricate operations and the laborious management for the purpose of incubation is eliminated in this way.
