REFLECTOR AND ILLUMINATION APPARATUS

PURPOSE:To prevent beautiful appearance from being impaired when a glass film is baked by forming a curl section into a preset structure in a reflector having the curl section on the periphery section of a light projecting opening. CONSTITUTION:A curl section is formed on the periphery section of the light projecting opening of a reflector to fit an accessory or a guard, and it is dipped in a silicate solution or the like then baked to form a glass film on the outer face of the reflector. The first curve section 3 curved outward and the second curve section 4 curved inward are continuously formed on the curl section. The silicate solution is not left on the curl section after dipping and flows down. A plane section 6 is formed between the first and second curve sections, and multiple voids 7 may be formed here. The dipping liquid is prevented from being left to cause foaming, clouding and cracks when the glass film is baked and impair the appearance.
