PURPOSE:To obtain a molding fit for repeated uses and having excellent formability by using a molding tool obtained through plating the resin layer of a surface in contact with the molding with copper or zinc or through plating the resin layer with copper or zinc and further with another metal. CONSTITUTION:A molding tool obtained by plating the resin layer of a surface in contact with a molding with copper or zinc or by plating the resin layer with copper or zinc and further with another metal is used in this method. A molding temperature is generally raised for the purpose of smoothly performing a curing reaction and, in the case of curing, a tool temperature within the range of 50-110 deg.C is generally used many times. Blowing of nitrogen into the molding tool beforehand need not be practiced always, though it is effective for improving properties of the surface of the molding and also for lowering the temperature thereof. Thus, it is possible to obtain a molding having a good repeatability. |
