PURPOSE:To simply and rapidly remove internal organs of cuttlefish by fixing cuttlefish and cutting a joint part of trunk and internal organs by a high- pressure water nozzle. CONSTITUTION:For example, two supporting levers are inserted into space occurring between trunk and internal organs of cuttlefish, a suppressing piece is dropped to the top of the trunk and the cuttlefish is immobilized by a fixing means of sandwiching the trunk by the suppressing piece and the supporting lever in such a way that the joint part of the trunk and the internal organs corresponds to a high-pressure water nozzle. Then the nozzle, for example, is introduced from the opening of the trunk to the interior by guide of the supporting lever, the joint part of the trunk and the internal organs is cut without bringing the nozzle into contact with the trunk and the internal organs to separate the trunk from the internal organs. Then the fixing of the trunk is released, the internal organs are removed and optionally a knife as well as the high-pressure nozzle cooperate. |
