PURPOSE:To improve the workability in thick membrane printing and stabilize the precision of printing by a method wherein connecting frames are connected to a fixed frame by means of screw mechanisms to apply tensile forces to a masking sheet through elastic sheets. CONSTITUTION:Elastic sheets 251-254 are composed of solvent-resistant plastic plates having a elasticity such as urethane rubber, and hold a masking sheet 29 through connectors, so that tensile forces are exerted to the masking sheet 29 from the four sides and adjusted from the four sides by means of screw mechanisms that hold connecting frames 221-224. Therefore, constant tensile forces are always kept easily due to the material properties of a metal foil and a sheet member composing the masking sheet 29. The use of the elasticity of the elastic sheets 251-254 prevents the uneven tensile force from being applied to the masking sheet 25, and the elasticity of the elastic sheets 251-254 is able to act as the elasticity of the masking sheet 29. Thereby, the workability is improved and a highly reliable, precise screen printing can be achieved. |
