PURPOSE:To improve long-term preservability by sufficiently performing drying and sterilization with placing steam-heated raw bean-curd refuse in a dryer, heating with flowing hot air and stirring. CONSTITUTION:Raw bean-curd refuse is heated with steam supplied from steam pipe 22 in steam chamber and heated in a dryer 11 with hot air flow heated by an air heater 31 and steam supplied from a stem pipe 34, then stirred to perform drying and sterilization. |
