<p>PURPOSE: To adjust the position of a retractor blade and display an excessive pressure reached to a contracted tissue by detecting the contacting pressure of a tissue, changing the position of a retractor, and then adjusting the position of the retractor blade by responding the detected pressure and position. CONSTITUTION: A surgical retractor 10 consists of three positioning members 12, 14, 16, they are connected with each other, and further connected to a table installing means 18 and a connecting mechanism 20 in order. A switch barrel 66 includes a pair of a push button switches 68, the switches 68 are used by a user to transmit a control signal to the control circuit of a control box 40, and the flow of a pressurized gas to a surgical retractor 10 is controlled. When the detected pressure of the tissue is out of a setting limitation, a pressure/ position controlling circuit 144 transmits a signal into a retractor motion generating device and a positioning sensor 146, the retractor blade 70 is made to move toward the direction of adequately increasing or decreasing the tissue pressure.</p> |
