The present invention relates to a device for fastening an electromechanical component to a support. The device (1) includes a continuous ring (2) produced from an elastically flexible semi-rigid material and, at given locations (36), exhibiting means (3) forming, on the one hand, with respect to its internal peripheral face (34), projections capable of engaging in a groove of the component and, on the other hand, with respect to one of its main faces (24), projections capable of bearing on a plane face of a support; at other locations (25) the ring (2) exhibits, on this same main face (24), projections (31) capable of bearing on a collar of the component to ensure that the latter is coaxial with the ring (2). Such a device makes it possible to make sure that the component is completely coaxial with a predetermined axis of the support. <IMAGE>
