<p>PURPOSE:To enable the execution of recording/reproducing of signals of multiple channels with a digital system by providing guides which draw a magnetic tape out of a cassette and bring the same into stable contact with a magnetic head and a driving system which drives the magnetic tape at the stable speed. CONSTITUTION:Such a tape route as to bring the tape 2 into stable contact with the head 15 by means of the guides 18, 19 is constituted. The tape 2 is driven at the highly accurate tape speed by means of the capstans 7, 8 and reel motors 9, 10. The digital signals from the outside are, therefore, processed in such a manner that these signals can be recorded on the tape 2 by a signal processing circuit 6. The signals are recorded on the tape 2 by the head 5 and the regenerative signals from the head 5 are converted to digital signals by the signal processing circuit 6. Thus, the musical tone signals are simultaneously and easily recorded and regenerated to and from one piece of the tape by the digital recording system of 8 channels.</p> |
