Device allowing the angular adjustment and fastening of so-called "servo-mounted" electromechanical components. The invention relates to a device allowing quick and accurate angular adjustment, and fastening to a support (1) of any electro-mechanical component (2) including an annular groove on the bearing face side. It consists of a toothed disc (3) to be centred on the component (2). An open elastic ring (4), by means of its three screws, makes it possible to secure the toothed disc and the component together. The operating knob (7), which is equipped with a flexible annular seal (8), allows rotational control, without play. An open elastic ring (9) allows the assembly to be immobilised on a support. <IMAGE>
