The invention relates to a duct for distribution system ducting. It relates to a duct which includes a first section (10) forming an attachment frame consisting of folded lacquered steel sheet. Another section (16) forms both an accessory support and a cover (50) so that no additional section is necessary for finishing off the outer face of the duct. At locations which do not have an accessory, the accessory-support section (16) is replaced by a simple cover (12). Application to ducts for electrical, telephone and computer distribution systems. <IMAGE>
