Device intended for cleaning the interdental spaces and periodontal pockets, without electricity and without complicated manoeuvres, using a jet generated directly via the tap. It comprises a flexible conduit made of plastic material or the like, provided at one end with a valve engaging in a rapid connection piece which forms an integral part of the apparatus and is screwed to the tap. The other end of the flexible conduit is connected to a piece which receives an interchangeable spray nozzle element intended to be introduced into the mouth for cleaning the interdental spaces. At the end of this nozzle element it is possible to introduce a needle or trocar with a soft tip for irrigating the deep periodontal pockets.
