<p>A lap disposed in the vicinity of a terminal point of a fixed scroll (4) on the side of an intake chamber (13) is recessed, so that a revolving scroll (5) can be prevented from colliding, damages to the both laps can be avoided and noise can be prevented from occurring. Furthermore, the provision of a relief in the vicinity of the lap terminal point of the revolving scroll (5) makes it possible to prevent the revolving scroll (5) from colliding with the fixed scroll (4), avoid damages to the both laps and prevent noise from occurring.</p> |
