Nitrile rubber/PVC polyblend mixt. (I) containse (A) 15-30 wt.% PVC, (B) nitrile rubber with medium (B1) or medium-high (B2) nitrile content and (C) carbon black with particle size 30-80 nm; the PVC has mean degree of polymerisation (DP) = 1000-15000. Pref. amt. of (C) is 30-80 wt.%; acrylonitrile content is 25-30% in (B1) or 31-35% in (B2); (I) also contains 2-10 wt.% lubricant. USE/ADVANTAGE- (I) is used for the prodn. of runners for glass. ' The invention provides a compsn. (I) with improved resilience, and improved resistance to permanent deformation, without significantly increasing the frictional resistance or adversely affecting the ozone resistance.
