<p>The drill guide used in reconstructive surgery of the anterior cruciate ligament comprises a handle (1), exchangable tibial (30) and femoral components. The handle is combined with the tibial component (30) to bore a tibial through-hole (71). Subsequently, the handle is combined with the femoral component to bore a femoral through-hole in a fixed spatial relationship to the tibial hole (71). The arm (32), of the tibial component is so curved that it is in contact with the intercondylar notch (70) of the femur, (2) different femoral components are provided corresponding to the modes anatomical and over the top placement.</p> |
