The turbine blade is formed as an anemometer blade with hemispherical cups. To control the RPM, the blade has an adjuster to turn the hemispherical cups from a vertical into a horizontal position, and back. The cup consists of light-weight materials such as aluminium, synthetics, or compound material with carbon fibres. USE - For wind energy extraction.
