<p>PURPOSE:To prevent corrosion in a boiler part and to stabilize steam generating quantity in the boiler drum by attaching flow rate control means to a skirt, etc., from air-opened cooling tank arranging warm water temp. control means and water supplying pipe passage into degassing device from the boiler drum, respectively. CONSTITUTION:Water stored in the air-opened cooling tank 6 is supplied into the cooling water supplying pipe passage 7 to the skirt and into the water supplying pipe 11 to the degassing device 18 with a water supplying pump 8. Each is adjusted to the constant flow rate with the flow rate control means composed of a flow gage and a flow rate control valve 20. Water supplied into the skirt 3 is returned back to the cooling tank 6 with a skirt drainage pipe to form circulating system. On the other hand, supplement water is supplied from the degassing device 18 through a boiler drum water supplying pipe 12 and water supplying pump 8. Further, the temp. control device 24 is attached to the tank 6, and by controlling opening degree of the flow rate control valve 20, the warm water temp. is fixed. In this result, the supplied warm water to the boiler drum 14 is perfectly degassed with the degassing device 18, and the corrosion in the boiler drum 14 is prevented. Further, as the water supplying temp. to the boiler drum 14 is stabilized, the steam generating quantity is stabilized.</p> |
