<p>The present plate (1) can be placed over a conventional gas burner (3) and is shaped in such a way as to converge the fumes generated by the flame to the centre of the cooking area so that it is possible to take advantage of all the combustion effects, and it is possible to use the fumes generated by the combustion and to take advantage of the high temperature of such fumes. The plate prevents food from directly touching the flame during the cooking phases, the cooking efficiency remaining high and the alimentarydietetic values being excellent.</p> |
