PURPOSE:To obtain uniform strength and thermal shrinkage properties even in any directions of the length and width of a sheet plane and moderate a shrinkage factor by laminating joint sheet-forming composition sheets so that the directions in which the base fibers of said composition sheets are oriented are turned in different directions, respectively. CONSTITUTION:The title joint sheet is formed by laminating a plurality of joint sheet-forming composition sheets 1, 2 whose base fibers a1, b1 are substan tially oriented in one direction, and the joint sheet-forming composition sheets 1, 2 are laminated so that the directions in which the base fibers of the composi tion sheets 1, 2 are oriented are turned in different directions, respectively. Furthermore, the joint sheet-forming composition sheets 1, 2 are preferably laminated so that an angle theta given by the base fibers a1, b1 with respect to the number S of the joint sheet-forming composition sheets 1, 2 to be laminated is within the range of (360 deg./2S)X{1+ or -50/100}. By this method, strength characteristics and thermal shrinkage characteristics throughout te joint sheet are made uniform and enhanced, respectively, even in the lengthwise and width directions of the joint sheet. |
