PURPOSE:To detect the frequency diversity (FD) radar pulse in plural system radar pulses with small-sized lightweight and less electric power-consuming constitution by generating the beat signal of a received radar signal and taking out only the beat component. CONSTITUTION:The pulse subjected to the envelope detection based on the ordinary radar signal out of the plural received signals and the two pulse- modulation signals of different frequencies are simultaneously transmitted by an amplitude controller 8 and a detector 10 and the beat signal of the frequency of the difference between the two signals of the FD radar signal is envelope- detected. The beat signal is envelope-detected via a BPF12 and a detector 14 and the leading edge of the pulse signal is outputted. The leading edge is attenuated by an LPF16 and only the beat signal component is taken out by a comparator 18. Only the FD radar pulse is detected in real time by the simple, small-sized and less electric power-consuming constitution which makes use of the beat characteristic of the signal received by the FD radar. |
