PURPOSE:To obtain a porcelain compsn. ensuring a low sintering temp. and having such characteristics as a high relative dielectric constant, a small dielectric loss, high density and high insulation resistance by adding specified percentages of Sm2O3, ZnO and MnO2 to barium calcium zircotitanate having a specified compsn. CONSTITUTION:This porcelain compsn. is based on a multiple oxide represented by a formula (Ba1-xCax)(Ti1-yZry)O3 (where 0<=x<0.1 and 0.1<y<0.16) and contains 0.8-1.8wt.% (expressed in terms of Sm2O3) samarium compd., 0.6-2.0wt.% (expressed in terms of ZnO) zinc oxide and 0.1-0.5wt.% (expressed in terms of MnO2) manganese compd. based on 100 pts.wt. of the multiple oxide. |
