<p>PURPOSE:To enable independent operation of a shaft in a single-shaft combined cycle power plant having a common control part corresponding to a plurality of shafts and a shaft control part corresponding to each of the shafts by adding to the shaft control part an automation function for starting and stop of the shaft. CONSTITUTION:In equipment provided with a plural units of single-shaft combined cycle power plants in which a gas turbine, a steam turbine, a generator and an exhaust heat recovering boiler are arranged on a single shaft, an automation panel 1 connected to a computer for train control 2 is provided so as to carry out multiple unit control and monitoring of the plurality of power plants at a single place. The computer for train control 2 transmits information to and from a respective shaft controller 6 through a transmission station 5, a data way 4 and a transmission station 3. The respective shaft controller 6 is installed per shaft so as to control the gas turbine, the steam turbine and the exhaust heat recovering boiler and is connected to an auxiliary panel 7 installed per shaft so as to monitor operation.</p> |
