<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to manufacture a box, the joint areas of which have enough bond strength and the external appearance of which is smooth, by a method wherein the surfaces of the joint areas are fused and, just after the drawing out of a heating plate, the joint areas are bonded by pressure. CONSTITUTION:A heat fusion bonding process 14 consists of a heating process 141, in which both the surfaces of joint areas are fused by pressing a heating plate against the joint areas, a drawing-out process 142 for drawing the heating plate out of the joint areas, and a pressure bonding process 143, in which the joint areas are bonded by pressure just after the drawing-out of the heating plate. The temperature, heating time and contact bonding force of the heating member are respectively selected in response to the material, expansion ratio and thickness of foamed polyolefin sheet. Thus, a box having enough bond strength and smooth external appearance can be manufactured.</p> |
