PURPOSE:To prevent the shape of stamper from deforming over a long period of time by a method wherein layer consisting of solid lubricant is provided on at least some part of the surface having the projected part of the stamper. CONSTITUTION:Solid lubricant layer 14 is provided on the surface, on which the projected part of a stamper is provided. Any solid lubricant will do, provided that the lubricant shows enough lubricating effect to the flow of resin and exerts no adverse effect of the resin as the material of disc board. As the lubricant WS2, WSe2, MoS2, MoTe2, alpha-PbO, MoO3, graphite, BN and the like are examples. Thus, the layer consisting of the solid lubricant fully receives the stress due to the flow of resin developed at the formation of disc board and consequently the deformation of the stamper over a long period of time can be prevented from developing. |
