发明名称 DEVICE FOR CORROSION EXAMING OF METAL OBJECTS
摘要 The device is applied for the investigation of corrosion caused by foam to metal objects during drilling, oil and gas production and transportation. It enables investigations at high temperatures and pressures, constant parameters of the foam during the experiment and automatic control and checking. The device consists of a chamber (1) in which the sample holder (2) for the studied samples (3) is fixed, so that they constantly remain within the foam medium. A semi-automatic release valve (4) and pressure gauge (5) connected to the control block (6) are mounted in the upper part of the chamber (1). The chamber (1) is fixed in a heating jacket (7) connected to the thermostatic unit (8). The foam-forming solution, which contains a porous medium-filter (11) connected to the high pressure vessels (10), is placed in the lower part of the chamber (1). The upper part of the chamber is connected by a manifold and valve to the high pressure vessel and the lower (14) and upper (13) foam level measuring units are fixed at a certain distance of the lower end and on the walls - the thermo-couple - all connected to the computer via the transducer.
