DEVICE FOR SELF- FIXING OF EXECUTIVE MECHANISM OF A PRESS

The device is applied in the machine building industry, especially in presses for inner surface processing with plastic deformation. It ensures high reliability of the executive actuator and respectively of the deformation tool, as well as high quality of the processed materials. The device includes a body (1) attached to a movable unit (2) of the press. A shoulder punch (3) with hemispheric head (4) with a flat front step (5) is positioned in the body (1) on a movable joint. An elastic component (6) is positioned under the hemispheric head (4) and around the shoulder punch (3), placed freely on the front surface of a support element (7). In the body (1) a profile opening is shaped to accommodate the hemispheric head (4), which has a profile surface equal to the surface of the profile opening. The hemispheric head (4) touches in a spherical socket on a movable support (8), freely propped to the upper inner surface of the body (1). With its flat face step (5), the hemispheric head (4) touches on an axial bearing (9), placed on a washer (10) pressed against the elastic element (6). The elastic element (6) is inserted on the support component (7), which is loosely mounted on the shoulder punch (3).
